I’ve been a member of the Maple Ridge Ortho team for 24 years (I started when I was 12). I’ve had the pleasure of watching patients complete their orthodontic treatment and they’re now bringing in their own children, a testament to how amazing the staff and doctors are. The quality of care, relationships and laughter make this practice what it is today. I am of course, completely biased but you wouldn’t work somewhere for this long if it wasn’t the greatest place to be.

I have been in the dental field for 8 years now and have experienced all aspects of dental administration. I am currently the financial coordinator and thoroughly enjoy my role within the office. Hi, I'm Sophie! I have been a member of the MRO team since 2011. My passion here at the office is seeing and helping contribute not only to the beautiful smiles of our patients, but getting to know them as well. My passion outside of the office is spending time with my son, gardening and making anything that allows me to be creative.

Natalie loves helping people feel comfortable and confident during their visits to our orthodontic office. She’s warm, easy to talk to, and always happy to lend a hand wherever she’s needed. When she’s off work, Natalie loves getting outside—whether it’s hiking a new trail, going for a bike ride, snowboarding in the winter, or just spending time with her family in the fresh air. She brings that relaxed, outdoorsy spirit into the office, making every day a little brighter for the people around her.

I have had the pleasure of working at Maple Ridge Ortho since March 2023. I love building trust, supporting my team, and keeping the clinic running smoothly. I’m always eager to learn, grow, and bring a positive energy to the dental chair.

I became a part of Maple Ridge Orthodontics in September of 2025 bringing to the office 13 yers of orthodontic experience and over 20 years in dental field. Working with many different specialists, showed me how diverse and exciting this profession is.
Orthodontics is not only about straightening teeth, but first and foremost about making people smile, happy and at ease and I’m glad to be a part of this process.
Privately, I’m a mom of two wonderful girls, who make my days bright, and a naughty cat named Whiskey. As a family we love to travel and discover the world. In winter we enjoy skiing in BC’s gorgeous mountains.

I came to Canada via Hong Kong from the Philippines in 1995 and am very proud to be a Canadian Citizen. My husband was able to join me here and we have two beautiful adult children, Keisha and Christian. I started my career at MRO as a sterilization technician and office maintenance worker over 10 years ago and love working with the staff. In my spare time I'm a passionate gardener and most recently became a "dog mom", to a super cute Berna-doodle called Holly.

The best part of my job is not only working with such a fabulous group of people but having the opportunity to watch our patients grow and change. It’s amazing to see the happiness in our patient’s faces when they get the smile they’ve always wanted and deserved.

I have had the pleasure of being a part of the MRO team for the past 15 years. I have been evolving into my roll as office manager over the past 3 year and have been really enjoying the journey. Since 2019, I have been serving my community as a Paid-On Call Firefighter for the City of Maple Ridge. My family and I love adventures such as road trips, travel and all things sports. I have a passion for fitness and hiking.

I have lived in Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows most of my life and continue to call Maple Ridge home. Working at MRO since 2011 has been so much fun and I love interacting with patients of all ages. My husband and I have a young son who is a bundle of energy and brings us much joy. In my leisure time (what there is when you have a busy little boy), I crochet, hike, garden and I am a wizard with my Cricut machine.
